For over 20 years, Erin Mankameyer has been at the forefront of luxury interior design, bringing her creative vision and expertise to high-end residential projects. As the founder of Groover Interior Design, Erin’s portfolio showcases homes ranging from $2 million to $10 million, where she seamlessly blends elegance with functionality to craft timeless living spaces.
With a deep understanding of both design principles and construction practices, Erin collaborates closely with clients to ensure that every project reflects her clients’ lifestyle and aspirations. Her hands-on involvement throughout the design process, from initial concept to final walk-through, ensures that every detail is meticulously executed. Whether she’s coordinating subcontractors or managing intricate budgets, Erin’s commitment to quality and precision shines through in each project.
A graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Erin’s extensive background spans everything from specialty finishes to interior residential painting. Her technical proficiency, combined with her keen eye for aesthetics, allows her to create homes that are not only works of art, but also enduring.

Ryan Dixon
Director of Field Operations | Co-Owner
Ryan G. Dixon brings over two decades of expertise in high-end residential construction, having managed projects for local, award winning, construction companies since 2002. With a specialized focus on luxury homes ranging from $500 thousand to $10 million, Ryan has consistently delivered projects from conception to completion, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to budget and timelines.
A former United States Marine Corps veteran, serving from August 1994 to August 2002, Ryan’s disciplined approach to project management is rooted in his military background. His attention to detail, ability to lead, and dedication to ensuring projects meet the highest standards make him an invaluable asset in the construction industry.
Ryan oversees multiple custom home projects simultaneously, working closely with clients and contractors to create properties that are both beautiful and built to the highest structural standard. His strong relationships with vendors ensure that each project balances quality, cost, and timely completion. Ryan’s deep understanding of building codes across various municipalities allows him to navigate complex regulations with ease, guaranteeing compliance every step of the way.
Ryan’s commitment to delivering exceptional results, on time and within budget, has earned him a reputation as a leader in luxury residential construction.
